Dear Member:

Seize your talents. The more you develop your talents, the more value you will add and the more successful you will be.
In order to foster your talent development you need to promote your inner freedom. I hope this program works as an evolution catalyst for you.

What is the Unicist Program for Talent Development?

This is a program for the empowerment of young men and women, regardless their age, which uses the unicist approach to foster their talent development to add more value to the environment.
It promotes self respect and the belief in your own capacity to develop your natural talents.

What is talent development for?

The development of personal talents and its integration with the vocation is what makes a person increase his/her added value.
Everyone develops their talents in that field in which they are able to ensure results and enjoy achieving such results. The unicist ontology approach catalyzes the natural development of learning, facilitating the fulfillment of objectives. The natural path saves a lot of energy by taking advantage of what the individual has and by seeking for its development.
The Unicist Program for Talent Development is a learning-oriented program developed by The Unicist Research Institute and sponsored by the Goodwill Network.
Each participant goes as far as s/he wants to and is able to go.

Why are the great majority of the 3-year old children bright, creative and active and the great majority of the people over 50 are not anymore?

Anyone might be tempted to blame the environment, but those that are still bright show that what really counts is how the individuals influence the environment and how they let themselves be influenced by it.
Unicist technologies with their integrating capacity will allow participants to empower their talents for the development of their vocations and the stabilization of their evolution.

Who is this program for?

This program is for all “young” members of the Goodwill Network, regardless their chronological age, that feel the necessity to empower their talents and also for those members of the community that cannot cannot afford formal personal development programs.
This program seeks to catalyze the learning process according to the participants' necessities.

What is the Program about?

Participants obtain free access to the e-books of the Talent Development Program through the Goodwill Network's website. This program is sponsored by the Goodwill Network as part of its “pay it forward” chain. The program achieves a greater effect when those that participate in it send it to other friends and family members who also send it to others so as to disseminate it.
